How to lose weight without trying

1. Water
         Drink lots of it,sometimes when we think we are hungry,the body isn't really craving for food , but for water. Seventy five percent of our body is water,so try to drink at least 5 liters a day

2. Get your lazy as of the couch and take a walk
    ignore the elevator and take the stairs,walking helps a lot, don't take bikes or cabs to a place you know you can walk to. Take a hike with your friends not only will it be fun,but if you do it five times a week you will see some changes

3. Lay off the fast food
     Yes it's easy to cook,but the fat it adds to your body is hard to lose,try to bring up new recipes to experiment on,cook with your spouse to add a little fun and romance

4. Veggies
      Veggies are the best when it comes to losing weight, it makes you feel fuller,and helps your digestive system,most especially green veggies add more green to your diet, try eating the veggies raw, like carrots,cucumber, lettuce etc eating them raw works faster than cooking

5. Eat five times a day
    Yes I said it , eating five times a day will actually make you lose weight if you take little portions at a time,eating three large meals a day is very wrong and gives a protruding belly,keep the food healthy,green and light.
